About the Blog

Hi, I'm Vinky ☕

Vinky Gola

I'm a reader, writer, and marketer. Books found me in childhood and never quite let go — though work and study once pulled me into a long reading slump. Then Days at the Morisaki Bookshop happened, and just like Takako, I found my way back to the shelves. This blog is what grew out of that homecoming.

By day I'm a content marketer; by every other hour I'm rearranging my TBR, doodling in the margins, watching K-dramas, and keeping up with Going Seventeen. My koffee order, since you asked: iced coffee with chocolate syrup and chocolate chips — velvety, always.

What I read

Slice of life, crime & thriller, horror, gothic, classic literature, utopian and dystopian fiction, and women's fiction. The books I return to again and again: Little Women by Louisa May Alcott and Days at the Morisaki Bookshop by Satoshi Yagisawa.

What you'll find here
